Multipasses
All outstanding passes have had their expiry date extended until the end of the year. Multi-passes can be used for each upcoming dance nights.
There will be some work in setting up the exchange of multi-passes for series credits and we appreciate your flexibility and patience once again as we adjust to the new processes.

The process:-
1 take a photo of your pass for your records (this will have a date stamp on your device).
2 place the pass in an envelope marked with your full name & email (please make it legible )
3 leave envelope in marked box at front desk- either our front desk on a class night or other times at Kahibah Sports Club’s front desk if you can’t make it on a class night.
4 once our multi-pass master list is cross-checked you will be emailed by Maryanne with an official confirmation of your total credits (number of vacant squares).
Any questions please text me on 0418679048.

You can redeem them as follows;
——————————————————————————————————————————————————
All class series will have the following option on danceconvention, ‘use multi-pass’, simply choose that option. Rather than paying now with credit card, simply choose ‘wire transfer’ option. We will apply a discount to your registration when we have your pass. We will then email you so you can then pay any remaining balance if applicable. One pass credit (blank square) = one night, regardless of what you paid for pass.
Please note, fro simplicity, the additional danceconvention charge – $1.50 per person per  event will be waivered for multi-pass users.
You can always keep a track of your credits by using your photo record as a starting point and danceconvention series’ registrations as subsequent adjustments.
Thanks again for helping us adjust going forward.
We are so glad to be back and keen to get the passes in play.
Any questions please let me know.
